Open Access Policy

NISAR Journal (e-ISSN: 2979-9147) is open access and all content of the journal is provided free of charge to the reader or the institution the reader is involved in. Readers can read, download, copy, search and link the full text of journal articles without permission from the publisher or author, except for commercial purposes. This complies with the BOAI definition of open access.
NISAR has signed the Budapest Open Access Declaration.

Publisher believes that for Open Access to work effectively, user rights and copyright ownership must be explicit through licensing.
The open access articles of the journal are licensed as Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) and the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license allows the work to be shared, copied in any size and format other than commercial use, reproduced and adapted, including re-editing, transforming, and building upon the original work, provided that appropriate reference is made to the original work.
As long as you fulfill the license terms, the licensee cannot revoke these freedoms (the rights stated).
You are free to do these:
1) Share: You can copy and redistribute the work in any medium or format.
2) Adapt: Mix, import and build on existing artwork.
Under the following conditions:
