Authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions by submitting their work to the journal.

2. Authors authorise this Journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.

Licence Scope
The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence permits sharing, copying, reproducing, and adapting the work in any size and format except for commercial use, including remixing, transforming, and building upon the work, with proper attribution to the original work.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms (specified rights) as long as you fulfil the terms of the licence.

Archive Policy
1. Articles published in Nisar journal are digitally archived in LOCKSS. In addition, published articles can be accessed by the author in the institutional archive (DSpace, AVESIS, etc.) of the university where the author works, in thematic archives or in any other archive without embargo period. Thus, anyone can access this publication immediately free of charge.
2. Nisar allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
3. Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period but the published source must be cited and a link to the journal home page or DOI of the articles must be set.
4. Authors can download the manuscript as a PDF document. Authors can send copies of the article to colleagues without any embargo.
5. Nisar allows all versions of the articles (Submitted version, accepted version, published version) will be stored in an institutional or other archive of the author's choice without embargo.
6. Nisar journal uses the LOCKSS system to allow the creation of permanent archives. Based at Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Programme provides libraries and publishers with award-winning, low-cost, open source digital preservation tools to ensure access to permanent and authoritative digital content. The LOCKSS Programme is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of "securing large numbers of copies". The LOCKSS Programme develops and supports libraries using open source end-to-end digital preservation software.
