1. Considerations for the Authors & Researchers

• The list of works in the Footnote and Bibliography must be complete.

• Plagiarism and false data must not be included.

• They must not publish the same research in more than one journal and must comply with scientific research and publication ethics.

• The names of all authors who contributed significantly to research must be written.

• The names of the authors who do not contribute to the research must not be included.

• Those who do not contribute significantly to the research and contribute in some ways must not be named as authors; but they must be thanked for the contribution to the research.

• All authors have to make the editor's corrections.

2. Considerations for the Reviewers

• Reviewers must be objective in their evaluation.

• The reviewers must not be in conflict of interest with the research, authors and / or research funders.

• Reviewers must indicate the works published but not addressed in relation to the study.


• The reviewers must keep the articles they check confidential.

• Reviewers must refrain from offending statements that include insults to the article or researchers.

3. Considerations for the Editors

• Editors have the full responsibility and authority to accept or reject an article.

• Editors must not be involved in a conflict of interest regarding articles they accept or reject.

• Only the articles that contribute to the field must be accepted.

• Editors must have an article corrected before publication or withdraw it when errors/mistakes are detected in an article.

• Editors must keep the names of the referees confidential and should prevent plagiarism / false data.

4. Actions against Scientific Research and Publication Ethics

a) Plagiarism: To show the original ideas, methods, data or works of others as their own work, partly or completely, without reference to the scientific rules,

b) Fraud: To use data that is not actually present or falsified in scientific research,

c) Distortion: To distort the records of the research or the data obtained, to show the device or materials not used in the research as used, to distort or shape the results of the research in the interests of the people and organizations supported,

d) Re-publish: To present duplicates as separate publications in academic promotions and elevations,

e) Slicing: To split the results of a research in a way that disrupts the integrity of the research and present the results of a research more than once as separate publications for academic promotions and elevations,

f) Unfair authors: To include people who do not have active contributions or not to include people who have active contributions, to change the order of authors in an unjustified and inappropriate manner, to remove the names of those with active contributions from the works in later editions, to include his / her name among the authors by using his / her influence even though there is no active contribution.

5. Discovering the plagiarism in papers

The journal uses a special plagiarism program to prevent researchers from becoming victims, and tries to determine whether their articles have been published before and whether the authors plagiarize or not.
