Archive Policy

The editor ensures the secure archiving of published material. Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care sends published articles to electronic archives and makes them openly accessible without any action required from the author(s), following the principle of open access. Authors or funding organizations may upload a copy of the author's accepted article to archival sites. 

Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care commits to keeping all its articles openly accessible under the CC-BY-NC Creative Commons license and storing the full-text content in archive platforms and on the https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/tdpd website.

Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care digitally archives published articles in LOCKSS. In addition, published articles may be made accessible without embargo periods in the institutional archive of the author's university (DSpace, AVESİS, etc.), subject archives, or any other archive.This allows immediate free access to this publication for everyone.

The publisher of Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care (ISSN: 2687-2714), Prof. Dr. Mustafa Koç, is pleased to announce the archive policy in line with supporting the dissemination of research results.
• Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher PDF) for self-archiving (personal website of the author) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
• Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based archives. There is no embargo period, but the published source should be acknowledged, and a link to the journal homepage or the article's DOI should be provided.
• Authors may download the output of the article as a PDF document. Authors may distribute copies of the article to colleagues without any embargo.
• Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care permits all versions of articles (Submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be stored in the author's preferred institutional or other archive without embargo.
• Turkish Journal for the Spiritual Counselling and Care uses the LOCKSS system to facilitate the creation of permanent archives. The LOCKSS Program, based at Stanford University Libraries, offers award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to libraries and publishers to provide permanent and authorized access to digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of ensuring the security of multiple copies. The LOCKSS Program enhances and supports libraries using open-source end-to-end digital preservation software.
