Article Evaluation Process

Manuscripts that have not been previously published or are not currently under review for publication in another journal and are approved by each author are accepted for consideration. Submitted articles are scanned for plagiarism using iThenticate software. Manuscripts with a similarity rate below 20% are pre-checked for spelling rules. After the preliminary check, eligible manuscripts are evaluated by the editor for compatibility with the scope of the journal.

The editor ensures that the articles submitted for publication undergo double blind peer review.

Manuscripts are sent to at least two referees for evaluation.

If the referees deem necessary, changes are made by the author. In order for the manuscript to be accepted to the journal, it must receive a positive evaluation from 2 referees. When necessary, a third referee may be asked to contribute to the evaluation process. Our journal uses a double blind review system in which the identities of the referees and authors are kept confidential to each other. For this reason, the names of the referees are not published. If at least two of the referees give a "publishable" report, the manuscript goes through the Language and Spelling checker. At the final stage, the manuscript is evaluated by the Editorial Board and accepted for publication or rejected with justification.

The Editor does not allow any conflict of interest between authors and referees. He has full authority to appoint referees.

Referees' evaluations must be objective.

Reviewers must ensure that all information regarding submitted manuscripts remains confidential until the manuscript is published and report to the editor if they notice any copyright infringement or plagiarism on the part of the author.

If a referee does not feel qualified to review a manuscript or is unlikely to be able to provide timely feedback, he/she should inform the editor and ask him/her not to involve him/herself in the review process.

Reviewers and editorial board members may not discuss articles with other individuals. Care should be taken to keep the identity of the referees confidential.

More than one article can be sent to one referee in one issue.

The publication process of the accepted work takes 2-5 months from the date of submission.
